Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall

Elephant and ant were petty ego clashing...
Our same old elephant and ant.
Rex the Tyrannosaurus, charged from behind the bushes
and crushed the two mortals in one Jurassic second
Animal media calls it a natural disaster

*******************************

In Sixteen Hundred and Forty-Eight
When England suffered the pains of state
The Roundheads lay siege to Colchester town
Where the King's men still fought for the crown
There One-Eyed Thompson stood on the wall
A gunner of deadliest aim of all
From St. Mary's Tower his cannon he fired
Humpty-Dumpty was its name...

*******************************

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.
